What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

  • From email contact form: Name and email address
  • From services to customers: Names and email addresses and per customer NDA.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Project documentation such as quotations, invoices, design documents.

How do we collect your data?

Data is collected in three different ways

  • Request a contact via web form.
  • Engagement on a project.

Our Company does not use mailing lists or any 3rd party or partner data sources with personal data

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Respond to your enquiries.
  • Raise a quotation, statement of work and relevant paperwork to engage our services.

As a Microsoft Partner we may share some company details with the following organisations such as customers we are working with.

  • Microsoft

We may also contact Microsoft on your behalf, but only if authorised to do so for the purpose of support or relevant product roadmap.

How do we store your data?

Our Company does not store any of your company confidential data (we are not a GDPR data processor). However, we will need to store contact and project data to raise quotations, statements of work and design documents.

Any data is securely stored within Microsoft Azure Dublin Datacentre owned by Microsoft and accessed over Office 365.

Our Company will keep any project, Invoice and correspondence details for 10 years in order to respond to any audit and tax enquiries.

Marketing

Our Company does not currently send out any marketing data via a mailing list.

What are your data protection rights?

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Our Company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
